If you're super interested I can post it but it's kinda long and mostly irrelevant if you're not playing in Starsong. This allows combinations like a grassland empire upper class scholar human, or a desert technocracy middle class soldier human, that play very differently with very different bonuses and stats, only having the base human chassis in common (+1 to two stats, 2 skills, 2 languages). Each culture has 3 subcultures, effectively an upper class, middle class, and lower class. Basically subraces are replaced with cultures, and all non-physiological benefits of a race (weapon training, skills, etc) are removed and instead incorporated into cultures.
